Property for sale in Benahavís.
A hill village a few minutes inland from San Pedro and Marbella, with golf on every side, quiet urbanisations and views down to the sea.
What Benahavís is like.
Benahavís is the village the coast goes to for dinner. The old centre is a cluster of white streets with more restaurants per head than anywhere nearby, a river running through it and the mountains behind. Around it, spread over the hills between the village and the coast, are some of the best-known gated communities on the Costa del Sol.
What you get here is space, cooler evenings in summer, long views and quiet. What you give up is walking to the beach: San Pedro and its seafront are a fifteen-minute drive, and a car is part of life. Most homes are villas or low-rise apartments inside a community with a pool, gardens and a gate.
