Property for sale in Torremolinos.
The closest town to Málaga airport, ten minutes by road or train, with long beaches, the seafront restaurants of La Carihuela and prices still among the lower ones on the coast.
Homes in Torremolinos, newest first.
What Torremolinos is like.
Torremolinos was the first resort on the Costa del Sol and it has been welcoming people from the UK for sixty years. It is lively, easy and unpretentious: a town centre of pedestrian streets, a long beach below the cliff reached by lifts and steps, and La Carihuela at the western end, the old fishing quarter with the fish restaurants on the sand.
What makes it practical is the airport. Ten minutes by road or train means a weekend here is realistic, and a flat here is easy to let. Prices are lower than in Benalmádena or Fuengirola for a similar home, and the town has been smartening itself up for the last few years.
