A townhouse gives you more room than an apartment for a similar price, often over two or three floors with a small garden and a roof terrace. Most share a pool and gardens with the rest of the community.
Villas
A villa means your own plot, pool and garden, and the bills and upkeep that come with them. Allow for a pool and garden service if you will not be here all year.
Check the paperwork early
